You would not believe how long it took to find a picture for Mai. I wanted to make sure the art/photo I used was actually Navajo but trying to image search for a Navajo girl gets you a lot of porn and most of it is just white women in headdresses. And instead of describing a character based on a picture I was trying to match a picture to a description so she needed to be all heart-shaped and cute and basically that one single picture was the only thing I could find on the whole internet

I don't mind not having art skills but it would be nice to have money for commissions. I know of a lot of great artists doing holiday deals right now, I'd totally get some cool Grilka art or something.

Finding pics is serious business[/quote]Just wasn't brave enough to search for "Man in French Maid Dress".  I don't have the unseeing energy required to do the Goog.  

I typically look afterward, and the pics I find are always subpar to my imagination.  Or else the only thing I can find that is similar to one element of what I need is like Benedict Cumberbatch's left eyeball or something.**  Ransom is only fit as an anime character, apparently.  The only type of picture I could find with a man = shaggy hair and glasses that weren't...horrifyingly hipster.  It'd fit though, because that's apparently how I've been seeing him in my brain.  X.x
