Well, first, it's not a 1x1, it's however many people I feel like and apply. ^w^;
Second, I'm not judging people on writing quality (and also I'm not a good writer), it's more 'does this seem like a character with possibilities' or 'does it fit the setting/tone'.
It's like, I don't care what quality chocolate you have, I don't necessarily want it on my hot dog.
But any kind of chili would be welcome. >w<;
