I default to being awake 16 hours and sleeping 12, so I feel you. My fucked up strategy is to either stay awake as late into the day as I can repeatedly until eventually I'm passing out at an hour resembling reasonable. Or else I wake up early whether I like it or not so by the end of the day I'm exhausted. These may not be a good idea.
