I still have two or three more episodes to watch of it, but I love the series. It feels like they jammed ET and Supernatural together. So much of the show feels like a darker ET and has a very 80s Spielberg vibe to it sans the aliens

Yeah, Trev and I finished it, and we really enjoyed the whole premise and locations and time period.
