Psh, I can totally make one for you if it becomes A Thing. I just use paint.net and PicMonkey, though I could probably streamline it and just use GIMP... but then I wouldn't have PicMonkey's easy prettification filters. I'm just sooooo laaaaazy.
I'm also planning to figure out which fonts I want to use for all the official stuff I make in certain subforums, and then I'll link them in the rules or setting notes for other people to use if they want. For instance, for everything I make in Osiris, I use <url=http://www.fontspace.com/allen-r-walden/final-frontier-old-style>Final Frontier Old Style</url>. Not that I expect that to be something most people care about, I get weird about fonts. Ask Megs, I almost spent $30 on one font the other day.
