So I am busy as hell but it occurred to me recently that doing a series of closed threads might be a feasible way to play Nadine again, without needing to have the fifty bajillion walk-ins available on Gaia.

This is Nadine. Stories filed under 'contemporary' as well as the links under 'notable roleplay moments' may give a good idea to how she works.

She is very fun for me to play but I can be very picky about who I play her with and the plots I like to do with her. Plots I currently feel like doing with Nadine are:

Nadine plays the damsel to get laid by the hunky hero
Nadine befriends weird monsters thanks to her weird perspectives on what personhood entails
Nadine coaxes someone tall dark and broody into sexparty goodtimes
Nadine takes advantage of someone who thinks she's a Manic Pixie Dreamgirl
Nadine gets recognized by a con artist as a kindred spirit and helps them pull a con on someone else
Nadine wakes up after getting blackout fucked up with someone who is much less used to waking up with strangers after getting fucked up

I say closed threads instead of 1x1s because some of these could feasibly involve multiple players, it's just that more than two people that aren't me gets unwieldy and slow. I am looking more for wacky hijinks and snappy dialogue than I am drama, though this may change with time. These threads will almost certainly end with Nadine deciding to nope on off to fuckthatville where she will proceed to ruin someone else's life, so I guess keep that in mind.

If you are interested, just post here with the character you think you'd want to play with and how you think they would react to/interact with Nadine, and maybe if you have any plot ideas. This might be sort of a futile endeavor because there's no way of knowing if anything will grab me enough to make time for, but ~we can dream~.
