Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Blade - 06-11-2015

<img style="avatar" src="http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f206/Blade_Redwind/Alonimi/RukaAlomini.png" style="max-width:25%;float:left;margin:0 18px;]The silver-white haired woman posing as a man turned to look at Saydri as he spoke. A soft smile curled her lips well enough to shut her eyes in some mysterious all-knowing way. “Certainly not,” she told him of his making of inedible things. It was not her place to pick on others. Truly, that was Saint’s forte. Even so, she wouldn’t deny that she might have been teasing him a little. She reached over and rubbed a hand along his back gently. “Have I hurt you, Saydri?” she asked just as gently. “Forgive me? Hm?” Still smiling, she removed her hand and turned back to Lyta.

She could sense, mildly, that there were others in her music room. Playing instruments, among… other things. Saint and Seri were still busy with themselves. Part of her hoped her wayward employees would make an appearance at some point today, but right now perhaps would not be the best. Not when she had a woman crying in her kitchen and Saydri trying to soothe her aches with kind words.

“None at all,” Ruka told her, blue eyes seeming lighter as she took the glass Saydri nabbed and went towards the fridge. While he comforted her further, Ruka poured a glass of water from a filtered pitcher. After replacing it, she opened the freezer and took out a few ice cubes; these she dropped in the glass before moving back towards the duo.

Smiling once more, she set the glass in front of Lyta and then looked over at Saydri. “I rather enjoy nicknaming people, if you must know. Does panther not suit your tastes?” She smirked and a brow rose. Though, before he could reply she looked back at Lyta.

“Tell me, what will you have for breakfast? I shall endeavor to accommodate. My mother once told me it’s a great deal more difficult to cry with a full belly than an empty one.”

Mildly, she wondered if she should check on her guests in the music room… For now, they weren’t cause any trouble, so it seemed silly, at best. Likereal had seen her come into the kitchens, so he could very well follow at some point, she supposed.

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Blade - 06-12-2015

<img style="avatar" src="http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f206/Blade_Redwind/Alonimi/Saint01.png" style="max-width:25%;float:left;margin:0 18px;]Smoke was coiling out of his nostrils and mouth slowly, making him look a bit like a lazy dragon. He was fully aware by now that Seri was not entirely fond of cigarette smoke. He’d seen her shy away from Ruka a time or two, and himself. There had been an occasion where he’d blown some in her general direction, teasing her, only to watch her skitter away with a wrinkled nose and—likely—an internal glare.

And while he wasn’t at a place to adjust to her comforts yet, he had waited until she was far enough away to actually light up. So, when the roar her Beast caused his own to raise her hackles, he couldn’t help but flinch. Not out of pain, but more surprise.

He looked at her curiously, saying nothing, realizing that it might not just be Seri herself that was adverse to smoke. No, might be the asshole in her head that had had his fill of his last night. He went on smoking anyway, feeling guilty about the void mask on her face. She’d be gone soon anyway; he’d sneak another before she got back, yeah? Sounded about right.

In the meantime he told his Beast to hush down and go back to sleep. She grumbled a bit, but let it go and snoozed on—still sated enough not to really argue.

He’d been distracted by his own thoughts, so when she came to the bed he made sure to exhale away from her. She looked as cute as a button, in his own damning opinion, despite the lack of emotion; in some way it make her more cute, were that possible. Something about a woman wearing his clothes, especially when they didn’t fit, really did curl his toes better than any lingerie could. But… lunch…

...He still didn’t know what to order.

“Sushi…?” he asked offhandedly. It’d been a while since he’d had as much. Last time he had take-out it had been pizza.

<font color="ec7588]Here it was in all its glory!  The beautiful, the majestic, the super awesomeness of awesome cathedral he's been hearing about!  He finally made it...  Though the length of time that it took him to actually get here was probably due to the many pit stops he took on the way.  After all... booze, women.... men... and the occasional stoppage at the local clubs for information on some various types of goods are all important... especially the women part.  He was here, though!  That's what mattered, and Akihiro was just absolutely famished and a little thirsty.  He just hoped that there was a way to take care of those physical needs and maybe other physical needs, which he was well aware may be the case.  All the goodness of special people were in there, he can sense it - like the ever growing hunger in the pit of his stomach!

<span>    "Well, buddy," <font color="ec7588]he said to himself whilst adjusting the worn out forest green cloak around his shoulders, "Let's see what we have here..."  <font color="ec7588]Ultimately, the reason he came here was because all the other places were expensive, and he was on a tight budget. Yes.  Pretty tight.  As in, he had nothing left and had to really be a stow away on one of the many vessels that come to this town.  He may or may not have knocked a few drivers unconscious, but it was all in the good of travel, and he was pretty sure they were okay... maybe.  Alright, enough stalling.</span>

<font color="ec7588]<span>    </span>Hopping lightly up the steps, he carefully pushed open the doors and peered in.  His hazel eyes took in a casual sweep, and then he opened the door the rest of the way and slipped through, making sure the end of his torn cloak wouldn't get caught on the doorway-- ah, it got caught.  Akihiro scrunched up his nose and fixed that problem quickly, before straightening himself again and taking a deep breath in.

<span>    </span>The place was beautiful - as he expected.  Nice architecture.  Didn't have much in the way of entertainment so far... wait... is that a bar up ahead? His head cocked a bit, causing his dirty blonde strands to shift accordingly. o.o

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Angel Kimmi - 06-17-2015

<img style="avatar" src="http://i1248.photobucket.com/albums/hh490/Kim_Irvine/pic.png" style="max-width:35%;float:left;margin:0 18px;]<span>    </span><font color="#98AFC7]<span>    </span> A few doors down and across the hall from Ruka's, a door opened slowly before dark-head peeked out though positioned lower than you'd expect as the individual glanced around. She was quite obviously checking to make sure the coast was clear, despite the fact her teacher had left her bedroom sometime earlier in the morning. Cal never had been one to sleep in and it was past midday for Draco’s sake.

<span>    </span> Huffing softly she stood up straight long inky strands bounced at her shoulders and fell almost to her waist in loose curls, dark against her pale skin as she slipped from the room completely letting it click closed behind her. A room that she hadn't left for more than a few hours over the last couple weeks. Ailish had been fascinated. Completely absorbed in the information and technology that was within this world, all of it so accessible at your fingertips on the boxes called T.V and P.C - but the fascination had dwindled in exchange for a need for actual companionship once more. She had finally grown tired of the four walls.

<span>    </span> Her steps were light and almost dance like as she moved along the long hallway, slender arms moving up above her head as she spun in a circle on one foot. Golden bracelets jangled on her wrists as she moved while the long embroidered dress swished around her legs, it was off-white and the neckline swept over the curves of her breasts though they were covered in essence the dress was mostly sheer except for the flowers embroidered over the bust. The detailing of the lace covered her modesty though she wore no bra, preferring the freedom of the light flowing clothes and the lack of restriction though she did wear matching off white panties beneath the dress at least.

<span>    </span> Ailish shifted to tiptoeing as she approached another room, her head cocking to the side in an almost curious manner as she sensed the aura of two individuals in the room. One of them was not familiar but not completely unfamiliar and it puzzled her, Saint rarely ever had anyone in his bedroom that was even vaguely familiar.

<span>    </span> She bounced on her toes a few times silently as she thought, she wanted to talk to Saint and he needed to get his butt out of bed soon anyway. If he was asleep all the better she would take great enjoyment waking him up. One hand moved to the doorknob and it didn’t turn beneath her fingers causing a mild pout to appear for a few moments until she thought of something, causing a mischievous glint to appear in the sapphire eyes. Concentrating on her powers through her fingertips she saw in her minds-eye the lock within the doorknob and after a few minutes there was a soft click.

<span>    </span> The door opened silently and she poked her head around it, dark strands cascading as blue eyes took note of where the occupants were. Unfortunately it seemed they were awake from the familiar sound of Saint's voice. Mild disappointment formed in her at that, though he wasn't very easy to sneak up on even when asleep.

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Angel Kimmi - 06-18-2015

<img style="avatar" style="max-width:35%;float:left;margin:0 18px;" src="http://i1248.photobucket.com/albums/hh490/Kim_Irvine/banner3_1.png]<span>    </span><font color="#e6c519]<span>    </span> Golden eyes trailed idly over the various bottles that were stocked behind the bar. His leg swung idly back and forth from his position on the bar stool as he mused silently about whether or not to investigate what was going on in the kitchen. Alternatively he could go and look for Saint or Ruka, but he didn’t like to impose on new friends when they could be otherwise occupied, normally he would have called ahead of time but he had realised he had not gotten them before his unexpected absence. So instead he was loitering indecisively as he tried to decide on a way to alleviate his boredom.

<span>    </span> It was at that point that he heard the front door. It wasn’t that it was noisy but there was the barest grating sound as it opened, and one in his occupation was used to picking up every little noise. So the dark-head turned automatically towards it as he swivelled on the stool, despite the fact he couldn’t see very well from his position since the new arrival hadn’t properly entered the room.

<span>    </span> Once he did enter, there was something vaguely familiar about the tall green-clad individual with messy blonde strands. His eyebrows furrowed slightly in concentration as he stared in the direction of the individual as he tried to decide just where it was that he knew him from. Likèreal shrugged his shoulders lightly before slipping off the stool, straightening and putting his hands into the pockets of his pants as his coat flared around his legs. He’d been waiting for a distraction so why not take advantage of an opportunity given to him?

<span>    </span> Striding over towards the new arrival while silently contemplating where he knew him from. Work possibly, but then there weren’t many that he had good relations with that was in the same work as he was, so that probably wasn’t a good thing. It was probably best if it was someone who only looked familiar, that he’d met somewhere in passing.

<span>    </span> As he came closer recognition clicked. Oh! It was the perverted blonde, he thought affectionately. He hadn’t seen him for quite a while, not since the last time he’d eaten him out of house and home, and last he’d heard Aki was heading off on some new adventure.

<span>    </span> A smile appearing on his lips as he took in Akihiro, who looked a touch worse for wear. Perhaps he had gotten himself in trouble once more and was on the run – not for the first time. “You look a bit worse for wear Akihiro.”

<font color="#ec7588]Among the bar and its liquor, which he would take advantage of without hesitation and which would no doubt wet his whistle, he spotted another figure - who would probably produce the same result as the liquor.  From what he could tell, it was a promising target: tall, lean, his stance indicating that though he looked trimmed, there was definitely some muscle and power, especially within his gait.  The overall aura that this male projected seemed so familiar... Then again, with the frequent lovers he managed to... explore with, it wouldn't be a surprise if it was someone he knew erm... intimately.  It wasn't until he could make out the shape of the male's face along with the casual stride and the overall attire the other wore that he recognized him.  It was almost instantaneous.

<span>    </span>And just like that, the thief's questioning expression turned to one of acknowledgement and joy.  It was his old buddy, ol' pal!  His amigo! His partner!  A wide grin spread across his face, while his hazel eyes sparkled.  Then the grin he wore turned wobbly as those same eyes started to tear up. T^T  He hadn't seen Lik in a long time!  He was going to wonder if he would ever see him again, but that was the life Akihiro had chosen for himself.  The connections made everlasting, but brief... If... that made any sense at all.  Might explain a lot about his overall persona.... which was complete nonsense.

<span>    </span>"Now, now... Some people dig the rugged look!" <font color="#ec7588]he said with a fake huff, but it didn't take him long to intrude on the other's personal space.  In fact, he was coming at him so fast, he almost passed the male had he not hooked onto shoulders with his arm and swung around so that now he was clinging to one of the other male's sleeve in order to stop himself, much like a clingy spouse.  "I missed you so! I couldn't BARE to live without you!"  <font color="#ec7588]Placing the back of his hand against his forehead in mock distress, Akihiro sniffled while both hand and bangs covered his eyes.  "So I tracked you aaaaaaall the way here to say hi!"  <font color="#ec7588]The lie was said so easily.  Lifting his hand from his face, his gaze focused on the other's. T^T "Never leave me again!!!"

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Hobo_Bob - 06-19-2015

<img style="avatar" src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/bob2/female/FotoFlexer_Photo_2.jpg" style="max-width:25%;float:right;margin:0 0 18px 18px;]Part of Seri - something deep down that remained of her self - liked the picture of her partner as he was. Smoke falling all around him in large grey swirling drops while his body was ready to sleep once more.

The most dominant part of her, tho, didn't like the picture at all. Mainly because of said image making her creature violent against her but also because she did not like the brand he smoked. It was like burnt chalk. There were sweeter scents to be had, better tastes. Like hookah cherry or captain crunch. Not that she had ever tried, but those that have. The scent stuck to them and tickled her nose a time or two.

He had said something just then. Sushi for lunch? Could that be delivered? Hopefully, it sounded like just the thing.

She tried the best she could to smile - which was just a little twitch of her lips - as she walked closer to him. The exhale of smoke being blown away from her was not lost, stored away for another moment. Once beside him, Seri looked into his face a while. Cold and empty silvered ice blue eyes gazed from the tuffled and messy hair atop his hed to the tip of his nose and his neck. She reached out a hand as if to touch him, following her gaze with a delicate caress that hardly touched him at all. From his cheek, she smoothed her fingers down his neck and chest to settle at his hip. Her other hand settled on the bed to help her remain seated on the edge once she did re-join him.

<font color="#43b9df]"I-.....like salmon and t-tempura. Fish is-....good brain food..." mono-tone jokes could be lost on him, but before he could laugh she leaned down to press her lips against his chin and bottom lip. Completely ignoring the fact the door had opened and a little thing was peeking into the room.

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Angel Kimmi - 06-20-2015

[/img]"http://i1248.photobucket.com/albums/hh490/Kim_Irvine/banner3_1.png" style="max-width:35%;float:left;margin:0 18px;" style="avatar]<span>    </span><font color="#e6c519]<span>    </span> Likèreal was surprised to see Akihiro, but then he also wasn’t. Considering all of the supernatural beings that seemed to turn up at this place it wasn’t surprising that the blonde would be drawn to it too – seriously he was like a magnet to the supernatural or vice versa. That and he was drawn to any place with cheap lodging that had a fully stocked bar. It was good to see that he wasn’t that worse for wear and all in one piece, considering the amount of trouble the blonde tended to get into.

<span>    </span> Bemused he looked down at the mortal only an inch or two shorter than him, who was currently staring at him with watery hazel eyes. Anyone would think he’d missed him. Perhaps Aki really hadn’t thought they’d run into each other again – not surprising considering the thief’s wandering ways and the fact that Akihiro wasn’t immortal. Something he couldn’t decide some days whether it was a shame or a blessing…still life would become far duller if he really did die.

<span>    </span> The thought caused sadness to show in his eyes and expression momentarily before it was gone, replaced once more with a smile as his personal space was invaded. Not that he minded. Once more caught up in Akihiro’s larger than life personality he chuckled softly as the arm slipped around him and he grabbed him around the waist to steady him. Lucky he wasn’t so easily knocked over or it was possible they’d both be sprawled on the floor from Aki’s run up.

<span>    </span> “Oh really? Well you do the rugged look so well,” Likèreal teased softly amused by the sudden declaration before he tugged the other male a bit closer. Wrapping arms around him before resting his cheek on the top of the messy dirty blonde strands, “Yes, yes, I missed you as well and I am very glad to know that you didn’t die of starvation or fall to your death out in the wilderness somewhere. Though I seem to think it is you that is always leaving me not the other way around.”

<font color="#78b1f1]Godmode Warning!!! Apologies.

<font color="#ec7588] There was something so satisfying in knowing that he was missed. Akihiro made many friends, but only a few would be seen more than once in his lifetime. The fact that Likereal said he missed him might have actually brought a few real tears to his eyes, but that was lost in the ever changing emotions that Aki projected so readily and almost so naturally.  The hand that was used on his forehead was now settled on the other's chest, fingers lightly curled while his grin settled into a soft smile.  He chose not to tell Likereal about his starvation episode or the fall in the wilderness episode. Instead, he just shifted his gaze to the side, brushing off those possible events.  What he didn't brush off was the fact that Likereal brought up that it was his decision to leave.  Damn.  This was a smart cookie.

"Potato-potato, my friend!  What matters now is that we're in each other's glorious presence, and I for one would like to capitalize on this little fact!" <font color="#ec7588]said the blonde with a casual chuckle.  "Who wants to talk about the trivial stuff anyway?  There's a bar, and I assume there are beds here.  Let's get drunk and then have a midnight snuggle, hm?"  <font color="#ec7588]Akihiro waggled his eyebrows in a very quirky manner, before suddenly shifting his position.  Now placing his hand on the small of the other's back and sweeping his leg underneath one of Likereal's, he attempted to move the other into a dip, in which he would hold the male with surprising steadiness while gazing down at him with half-lidded eyes.  "Or... we can snuggle now and get drunk off each other.  What do you think, lovely~?"

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Angel Kimmi - 06-20-2015

<img style="avatar" src="http://i1248.photobucket.com/albums/hh490/Kim_Irvine/banner3_1.png" style="max-width:35%;float:left;margin:0 18px;]<span>    </span><font color="#e6c519]<span>    </span> Likèreal chuckled softly as he held the blonde close to him, quite used to his friend’s turbulent and ever changing emotions. Akihiro was like a rollercoaster. Few knew that the blonde was actually extremely intelligent and could be serious at times when the occasion called for it – it was just that was rarely the cards that he showed to others. It was far easier to fool those around you if they believed you a fool as well after all. One had to be in the right place at the right time and learn to read between the lines with this loveable pervert.

<span>    </span> Perhaps he would need to get Aki a beeper or some kind of tracking device so that he could keep tabs on him. Make sure he really didn’t fall in a ditch somewhere because the Fallen noticed the way the blonde skipped right past his comments about starving or falling off a cliff. Maybe some kind of magic talisman… though knowing Aki he’d probably lose it.

<span>    </span> “I like talking about trivial stuff, especially when you don’t want to talk about it. It usually means that there is something of consequence that happened.” Likèreal pointed out amused at the fact Akihiro was trying to distract him but who could resist when he said it like that? Casual seduction melded with playfulness as golden eyes glimmered softly in the dim lighting when reminded of just what they got up to together, “I—”

<span>    </span> Likèreal yelped in surprise, fingers clutching at Akihiro in response to the sudden action as his leg was swept from under him. He had not been expecting it and was immediately off balance. He didn’t fall however, caught and dipped so that long ebony strands trailed centimetres from the ground. His heartbeat speeding up for more than one reason as he gazed up at him, before taking a deep breath, his tone somewhat reproachful as he said, “Aki one day you are going to drop me and then I shall be in no position to snuggle or be your drinking partner.”

<span>    </span> His fingers finally loosening their grip as he gazed up into hazel eyes and his momentary surprise and fear abated. It wasn’t true, not exactly anyway. It would probably take more than dropping him to cause any major damage, being supernatural and all. “Either option sounds enjoyable and I would be more than happy to accept your offer."

<span>    </span> "But have you been eating and sleeping Aki?" He asked softly as he gazed at Aki. The Fallen couldn't help but be concerned since Akihiro had a habit of neglecting such things, and he was looking a little tired and worn out beneath the familiar personality. Or so it seemed to him.

<font color="#ec7588]Eating and sleeping. Oh right. That was a thing that he was suppose to be doing every now and then, wasn't it? Though he saw the concerned look upon the other's face, he began to just enjoy the sheer image of what he held in his arms.  Hazel eyes traveled over the other's facial features, and although the blonde was one to chase after the pretty individual, he did admire particular features, like eyes.  Likereal's eyes were like youthful amber gems, sharp like a hawk, but capable of such care and warmth like they were displaying now.  Also, the way the other's hair just fell like a silk waterfall in this position, some stray strands draping over a smooth cheek and others settled carefully along the corner of his lips.  <font color="#ec7588]He may have slept around a lot, but Akihiro treasured everyone, right down to even the tiniest of features.

"You're so thoughtful, Likereal," <font color="#ec7588]he murmured quietly.  Aki's eyelids drooped a bit while a soft smile slipped onto his face.  "I'm fine.  Nothing a glass of vodka and a few snacks can't fix.  However...."  <font color="#ec7588]Leaning forward just enough to brush his lips against the edge of a jawline, his smile turned quite mischievous.  "I wouldn't mind you taking care of me for a bit.  In fact, maybe I need some tender loving care..."  <font color="#ec7588]Thumb brushing the small of the male's back, he took in the scent of the other, before slowly drawing back and in the process, lifting Likereal back into a standing position before they both got hurt.

"Yes, some booze should really hit the spot right about now and a bit of fun time."  <font color="#ec7588]Akihiro grinned and without hesitation brought the palm of his hand on Likereal's backside, before sauntering toward the direction of the bar.  He looked over his shoulder and grinned sheepishly, "You'll take care of the tab, right?"  <font color="#ec7588]The grin was followed quickly by a pout.  "For your friend in need that's been oh so tired lately~"

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Angel Kimmi - 06-20-2015

<img style="avatar" style="max-width:35%;float:left;margin:0 18px;" src="http://i1248.photobucket.com/albums/hh490/Kim_Irvine/banner3_1.png]<span>    </span><font color="#e6c519]<span>    </span> Likèreal knew immediately from Akihiro’s expression that he had been neglecting both food and sleep, not surprising when the male was on the run. He still didn’t understand how a thief was broke almost constantly, perhaps one day he was going to have to discuss with him the idea of actually saving money. It may have had to do with his taste in hotels, womanizing and booze more than any lacking skills in his occupation, for Likèreal had seen Akihiro in action once or twice.

<span>    </span> “Yes, yes I am and you my friend are incorrigible.” The Fallen said with a mildly amused smile and a lack of modesty, as lips brushed his jawline. Yet the concern did not disappear from the honeyed gaze. In his opinion Aki needed more than a few snacks, he needed a good meal though he wasn’t sure if he’d find that in the kitchen considering the smoke he’d seen coming from there earlier.

<span>    </span> Once he was drawn back to his original upright position he reached up, running his fingers through the ebony strands and putting them back in order. The smack of the palm impacting on his behind through the black pants was loud in the large room and Likèreal spared a half-hearted glower in Aki’s direction before he followed him towards the bar, knowing that Aki was going to cost him an arm and a leg from past experiences. The blonde could drink a lot.

<span>    </span> “Be nice or I’ll cut off your bar tab before it’s started and cart you off to a bedroom.” The Fallen stated, the words sounding far more suggestive than was initially intended. The blonde may have been joking but Likèreal wasn’t, if he had anything to say about it he was going to force some food down his throat and make sure he got some sleep.

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Blade - 06-20-2015

<img style="avatar" src="http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f206/Blade_Redwind/Alonimi/Saint01.png" style="max-width:25%;float:left;margin:0 18px;] His skin ached to be touched, but that wasn’t anything newsworthy. Touch, pinched, spanked, licked, bitten—all of it. All of it hand delivered in a box. Hell, if they could make a toy that did all that he’d probably never leave his room. No, that probably wasn’t right… Warm bodies, cold ones, he’d want one eventually either to cool off or the heat up—or both, preferably at the same time.

But fuck, he couldn’t help the way he anticipated her touch or the lack thereof. And he grinned all the more for it, wolfish and cocky. Lip piercings reflected in the room lighting and a purr rumbled in in his chest, almost sounding like a sensual laugh as she traced that caress down to his hip.

Did he want another round? He was sated, so god damned sated from the night before…

And then he did laugh when she put her lips half on his chin and half on his mouth. He laughed through her kiss, crushing out the cigarette in one motion so that he could follow it through by pulling her into his arms.

“Kitten…” he told her against her mouth as he half kissed and mumbled words, hands sliding down her ass to grip and grope, nails not biting enough to hurt or cut. “If ya get my motor revvin’ again I’m not gonna be able to eat anything but you.” And then he did kiss her fully, mouth opening and slanting.

The door had opened, he but hadn’t noticed—not yet. It was, after all, a good morning.

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Angel Kimmi - 06-21-2015

Saint was with a woman surprisingly, she couldn’t remember the last time she’d seen that. Then again she had also been holed up in her room for over a week now. She was being subtle and sneaky – surprisingly it was working, usually Saint caught her quite quickly if he was awake. But it seemed he was preoccupied enough to not notice her appearance. Something about that irritated the young woman and she wasn’t sure why – usually she hated how quickly he noticed her.

<span>    </span> Sapphire eyes narrowed on the woman that was getting awfully cosy with him and mild confusion made way to annoyance. Her lower lip jutted out in an obvious pout as she stared at Saint without a word, seemingly expecting him to notice. She wasn’t actually used to being ignored by Saint, and it brought out the childish impulse to stomp her foot. She resisted the temptation since it likely wouldn’t garner any attention either, they seemed quite preoccupied with each other and their lips.

<span>    </span> At some point she had moved upright and taken a step into the room, far less subtle now but still undetected it seemed. Normally she had nothing against displays of affection but she found she didn’t want to see much more of it happening in front of her. Still it was afternoon, he was supposed to be out of bed by now. Still pouting she spoke loudly, but not in a way Seri would hear, but instead into Saint’s mind directly, her pout visible in her voice <<Saint? Saaaaaaint! Don’t you have to get ready for your shift and get out of bed? >>

Inverted Cathedral [Month 1/Day 5/Year 1] [Walk-In] - Hobo_Bob - 06-21-2015

One thing that was obvious to her about Saint was he loved to be touched. Something simple like a tap to his shoulder or more as she was doing now. His reaction to it was something akin a cat wanting to be petted. Arching and purring into the touch like it was a gift from the gods. Seri understood it, perhaps craved it just as much as Saint, but did not make it as obvious.

Or at all.

Why she had the need to touch him as he was right now wasn't something she could understand as she was now. But the moment her lips tried to reach his and failed, her creature laughed along with Saint. perhaps for a different reason, but it was enough for life to return to her eyes. If only just a little.

But enough for her cheeks to blush red with heat and a small sound to show her surprise when she was pulled into his arms and kissed. Melting into him, Seri parted her lips to feed that hunger for attention. Molasses and smoke mixed in her mouth as she kissed him back. He could not go another round he said, but the way he held her and touched her was enough to hope that it was not true anymore.

But the moment didn't seem to be able to go further as the little one peeking into the room wondered inside. Seri did not pull from Saint to look at her, that would mean breaking the kiss. Instead, she thought about freezing time all around except for them so they could continue and a mere second would have passed....

Dare she?
