I REALLY HATE WRITING EXERCISES
okay well actually i love throwaway writing exercises, i hate the writing exercises we do where we're supposed to use them to help us with a larger piece
i hate them
they the opposite of help
just let me write the thing in peace, do not try to help by trying to make me write the thing piecemeal
you're ruining my workflow
(i am being melodramatic but the instant she said we didn't have to turn it in i deleted it bc goddamn)
ANYWAY don't rush on my account because i will just be writing school things and possibly animating a walk cycle for a duck

...also I have spent the majority of the day working on the novel that was supposed to be out on December 14th and it felt pretty good. (*cough* I need an alpha reader for the first half.) And my muse was like: okay, other things should be brainstormed too. And more things should be written, besides.
Lots of words happened, really.
So we're absolutely counting this as a writing day because tomorrow won't be one until after surgery (when presumably I'll be on pain meds for the post-op...which should be FUN.) :P

... rereading after a nap, it seems I'm going to need to do some editing, because there WERE spoons. They were just... on the floor. Where she would not want to use them. WHOOPS.
